End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Careertimeline ("Licensor"). By installing or using the App you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, uninstall and do not use the App.
1. Grant of Licence
Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy or redistribute the App or its components; (b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works; (c) sublicence, rent, lease, or transfer your rights to the App; (d) remove any proprietary notices or labels.
3. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and that Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App.
4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription ("Pro"). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Careertimeline does not collect or store payment information. Subscription terms, including auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund policies, are governed by Apple's App Store Terms.
5. AI-Generated Output
AI-generated content (cover letters, interview answers, analyses) produced by the App does not constitute professional career advice, legal advice, or any other regulated advice. You use AI-generated content entirely at your own risk and responsibility.
6. Privacy
Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into this EULA by reference.
7. Updates
Licensor may issue updates to the App. Updates may modify features, fix bugs, or change this EULA. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new EULA.
8. Termination
This licence is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the App.
9. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
