Agreement Summary

By using Careertimeline you acknowledge and agree to the following. This agreement works alongside the full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You understand that cover letters, interview answers, job analyses, and other content generated by AI tools are produced by a machine-learning model and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or content that is inappropriate for your specific situation. You agree to review all AI-generated content before using it and accept full responsibility for how you use it.

2. No Employment Guarantee

Careertimeline is a productivity tool. Using the App — including its AI features — does not guarantee employment outcomes. We make no representation that the App will help you obtain employment, interviews, or job offers.

3. Accuracy of Your Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you input, including your work history, qualifications, and skills. Providing false information to potential employers through AI-generated content crafted with the App is prohibited and your sole responsibility.

4. Appropriate Use of AI

You agree not to use AI features to generate fraudulent documents, misrepresent your qualifications, impersonate another person, or produce content that violates any applicable law or the terms of the AI provider you are using.

5. Third-Party AI Provider Terms

When you use AI features, your interaction is also governed by the terms of the AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). By using AI features you confirm you have read and accepted the relevant provider's terms of service and usage policies.

6. Subscription & Billing

You understand that Pro features require an active subscription. You agree that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled, and that refunds are governed by Apple's App Store refund policy. Careertimeline cannot issue refunds directly.

7. Changes

We may update this agreement. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected]
